AN INVESTIGATION INTO BARRIERS IMPACTING AGAINST FACULTY BLENDED LEARNING ADOPTION

Blended Learning has not attained campus-wide integration and adoption as the preferred teaching delivery mode by faculty members a few years after management of public university in Ghana decided to move from face blended mode. This study investigates barriers impacting Ghana. The uses an exploratory qualitative approach investigate non-adoption learning. It also their perceptions experiences. A total 22 four faculties were purposively selected interviewed for this study. data coded analyzed using constant comparative analytical method. Thematic analysis was then applied generate themes findings. found that inductively constitute BL adoption. These are infrastructure, concerns, institutional, technical support barriers. provides insights into lived experiences relative impediments they adopting BL.
